  1. Predicting sample size in your campaign:

 

We predict sample size in accordance with the requirements of the study, depending on the patient population. This will inform us in deciding which media platforms are best suited for your study. Transparency is crucial in our relationship.

 

  1. Building your campaign:

 

We launch your recruitment campaign 1-2 days after your contract and receiving IRB approval. We perform close campaign monitoring, and continuously test the effectiveness of our campaign.

 

  1. Secure patient referral:

 

Our platform refers patients to relevant sites on a daily basis. This saves research coordinators precious time for your study. All the patients’ data is secured. The details are not given to any other party, are not used for any other purpose, and are kept in strict confidence.

 

  1. Pre-screening:

 

We perform pre-screening of patients with call centers in different languages. Allowing us to execute pre-screening further frees up the research coordinators from this administrative task.

 

  1. Monthly reports:
